    Clean

    Good place, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast too. Car service to pick up at the station is very useful for us as first time visitor. Near by the bridge with good view. Wonderful experience visiting.

    Wonderful stay att the Sunstar Hotel

    We had a wonderful stay at the Sunstar Hotel. 5 min walk from the railwaystation, 100 meters from the central lift-station with a fantastic breakfast and lovely staff I can indeed recommend this Hotel.

    American in Zermatt

    This is an excellent hotel in terms of service, key accommodations, location, and functionally close to lifts and restaurants/bars/shopping. The price is very reasonable for all that is included; loved the breakfast offered as part of the package.

    Great 3 nights stay at Sunstar Hotel Zermatt

    The hotel front desk lady is super friendly and helpful. She also remembered guest's name and greeted guests with courtesy and personal touch. Hotel location is great - about 5 min walk to the train station. Room is clean and quiet. Everything is great and I'm happy with my stay there.

    Cozy Great stay

    The room was very cozy small clean. Reception staff was most cordial and polite. They completely the formality with a positive attitude. Gave us all information about the hotel and area very well. Would definitely recommend.

    Great place to stay in heart of Zermatt

    Amazing hotel, 7min walk from train station. I could see Matterhorn from my balcony. Room was clean, spacious, had all I needed. breakfast very good, lots of choices. Spa zone very nice with whirlpool and sauna. Great place to stay !

    Fantastic hotel and location!

    Great hotel and friendly staff with help provided on questions asked - from skiing rental to hiking and etc.. Also considering it's COVID times, I received timely advice on where to get tested (if needed) to travel.
